The good news is that — just like learning how to code — becoming a better leader is a learnable set of skills too. IT Leaders is once again partnering with a leadership development expert to bring these skills to our members through the Leadership Bootcamp.

This October program has leadership fundamentals you need to be successful now and in the years to come. In collaboration with Stefanie Krievins at The Change Architects, you and your peers will learn:

  • The strengths of your communication style and how to build influence
  • How to define your authentic leadership style so you can be yourself and be effective
  • The 5 types of employees you will supervise during your career, how to motivate the good ones, and how to deal with the troublemakers
  • Managing up to get more of the career you deserve
  • The other growth opportunities you might need at different stages of your career

What You’ll Receive:

  • 1 coaching session
  • 9 hours of training
